Privacy & tracking
Plain language about what this site stores and when we see your data.
Quick note: We use lightweight analytics to see which links bring people to the site and what they find most valuable here. Your map data stays on your device and is not shared with us unless you choose to send it.
What we track (if you choose analytics)
With your OK, we use PostHog for page views, which link you came from (UTM tags on shared links), and a few events on the GTM Clarity Map — like starting the map, reaching the review step, downloading a PDF, or clicking through to a workshop listing.
We do not use session recordings or advertising pixels on this site.
You can switch to essential-only anytime below; we stop sending new analytics events after that.
The GTM Clarity Map on your device
While you work in the browser, your map answers stay in local storage on your device. We do not receive them until you submit to book a Map Read (or contact us with your map another way).
When you submit or book
If you send your map or book a Map Read, we process your name, email, company, and map content to deliver the service — stored in our systems (for example Notion and Customer.io) and used to follow up with you.
If you opted into analytics, we may also tie that submission to your analytics profile so we can understand the map funnel. If you chose essential only, we still deliver the service; we just do not add analytics for that visit.
Who helps us run the site
Hosting: Vercel. Analytics (with consent): PostHog. Email and client records: Customer.io. Map submissions: Notion. Scheduling: Calendly. Workshop registration: Lu.ma (when you leave this site for a sign-up link).
Those providers have their own privacy policies. We use them only to operate Fronz and deliver what you asked for.
Your choices
Use the buttons below to allow analytics or stay on essential-only. To ask for a copy or deletion of data we hold about you, email us — we will respond in a reasonable time.
You have not chosen yet — the banner at the bottom of the site will appear until you pick one.
